Kenneth B. Pugar, DO, MBA, FACN

Dr. Pugar is the president and founder of Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders.  He graduated from Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania, with a BS in Chemistry in 1980, and the following year secured his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Valle is the vice president, a senior partner, and the compliance officer for Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He came to Dayton from Michigan, where East Lansing was Dr. Valle's home for eight years.

Dr. Schoonover is vice president of clinical quality and a senior partner of Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He graduated from Northern Michigan University, Marquette, Michigan, with a BS in biology and a minor in biochemistry in 1985.

Dr. Merryman has been a member of the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders team since 2001. Prior to coming to DCND, Dr. Merryman worked as a licensed physical therapist, a license she continues to hold.

Rajinder P. Singh, DO

Dr. Singh joined Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders in 2011, specializing in Epilepsy.  He graduated from Elmhurst College, Illinois, Summa Cum Laude, in 2002, with dual degrees; a B.S. in science and a B.S. in philosophy. He also minored in theology.

James G. Beegan, MD

Dr. Beegan is one of two physiatrists on staff at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He joined DCND in 2001, after working at Summit Rehabilitation Medicine, Inc., Akron, Ohio, from 1995-2001. Dr. Beegan did his undergraduate training at Transylvania University, Lexington, Kentucky.

Dr. Maenpa is a physiatrist for Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio University in 1997 with a BS in Biological Sciences, and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2002.
