Our staff knows that the prospect of dealing with a brain or neurologic disorder can be frightening and overwhelming. That is why we offer a warm, relaxed, comfortable environment, and a full-time nursing department to address your needs and concerns.

    For questions regarding your medical records, or to place a request for your medical records, please contact us through our secure patient portal. For more info click here.

  • Appointment Policy

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee that a provider can see you. If you miss your first appointment with no notice, you will be added to the end of our cancellation list. This may result in a 3-month long wait and you could be charged a $50 fee.

  • Emergency

    If an emergency arises, we recommend that you go immediately to the nearest emergency room or call 911. If you require after-hour care, please go to the nearest urgent-care facility or emergency room.
