Dr. Pugar is the founder and President of Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He is a nationally recognized neurologist who has helped develop DCND into one of the largest private neurology practices in Ohio. Dr. Pugar is a firm believer in putting patients first and keeps his practice centered around that value.

Dr. Valle has been with DCND since 1990 and is the Vice-President and senior partner of the practice. He has always had a passion for medicine and has dedicated his career to helping patients. He has a special interest in treating sleep disorders and training future neurologists.
Dr. Schoonover is a senior partner and Vice President of Clinical Quality at DCND. He is also the Medical Director of stroke programs at Grandview, Southview, Kettering, Sycamore, Good Samaritan, Greene and Soin hospitals.
Dr. Udrea has been with Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders since 1999. He has a special interest in treating movement disorders and stroke. He obtained both of his degrees at Wright State University in Dayton, OH.
Dr. Beegan joined DCND in 2001. He’s always had a drive to help patients facing disabling illnesses and has dedicated his career to them. He has years of experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Maenpa has been a physiatrist with DCND since 2006. He has helped people with neurological conditions live better lives from the start of his career through rehabilitation & physical medicine.
Dr. Noel joined DCND in 2010. She enjoys all neurology but has a special interest in sleep medicine. Dr. Noel believes by fixing sleep issues, you can address a lot of other health problems.
Dr. Singh joined DCND in 2011, specializing in Epilepsy. Dr. Singh's passion for learning all he could about epilepsy led him to do a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, with specific training in EEG/VEEG, IOM, and EMG/NCV at Loyola University Medical Center.
Dr. Mackenzie joined DCND in 2015. She has a particular interest in treating women who suffer from neurological disorders while they’re pregnant and patients with headaches.
Dr. Mankowski has been with DCND since 2016. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Multiple Sclerosis. He strives to help those with MS improve their quality of life and has seen first-hand how breakthrough treatments have helped.
Dr. Durrani joined DCND in 2017. He loves the challenge of neurology and the meaningful changes he gets to help make in his patient’s lives. Dr. Durrani originally trained to be a neurosurgeon but changed course to neurology.
Dr. Pugar joined DCND in 2017. He has a special interest in treating patients with dementia, stroke, headaches, and concussions.
Dr. Dula joined DCND in 2018 with particular interests in headache and MS treatment.
Dr. Hisanori Hasegawa joined Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders in 2019 as an epileptologist.
Sarah joined Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders in 2009. Sarah is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Kirsten joined Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders in October of 2016. Kirsten is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Tari joined DCND in 2016 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Tari is a member of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses and Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses.
Megan joined Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders in November 2016 as a nurse and completed her Master of Science in Nursing program at the University of Cincinnati December 2016.
