I love this office. Everything is about making the patients comfortable. I suffer from chronic migraines and the minute the nurse realized I was having one, she turned the lights down in the room. There are no strong smells either (like air freshener or the hand soap). All of the doctors and nurses I've dealt with have taken their time to make sure every question is answered and understood. Ive been to numerous neurologists, but I've never felt more comfortable and cared for.

I count myself, as a loyal patient of Dr. Beegan,as long as he’s practicing at the DCND, I’ll have no need to look further. Dr. Beegan listens & takes copious notes. I believe I’ve gotten better with living with my disability. He really has an intuition about him. The office staff is the best. A doctor who listened

I have had a few neurologist. Dr Durrani is by far the best in every way. His bedside manner is unmatched. I understanding why he is head of neurology in three hospital. He is the best man for the job. I do hope he will always be available. He's a good man.

The doctors are fantastic, the medicine is highly effective; they have helped me alot, BUT I have found on multiple occasions that the online chat nurses are not helpful. They are very slow to respond to medicine refills or requests. They don't answer questions and it feels like my concerns fall on deaf ears (with the online chat). I think better, quicker, yet compassionate communication would help.

Everyone in the office is very kind and respectful. They are prompt and efficient. I would like to be told more information and updates on our conditions that we seek treatment for. When people come in there with conditions that affect their everyday lives it would be nice to hear news on new research or findings and be educated on these issues that affect our daily lives.

Listens carefully, asks questions, reviews medications and how they should work. Thorough in the follow up exam and in a timely manner. An overall very positive experience. Thank you!

I’m quite happy with DCND, Dr Duranni and Jenna Sorensen’s care. My migraine case is complicated IMO but they are making every effort, taking it to the next level with Botox soon. I have high hopes for relief. As for the actual office, the staff etc., it all meets or exceeds expectations. A definite two thumbs up and thank God they are nearby.

That’s really hard to say because sometimes the service is so bad I don’t know why I’m even trying to use it. There’s a lot of problems with the service and especially when they put you on hold with stupid music. Please forgive me, but it’s really stupid and then come back and ask me what am I talking about so there needs to be an improvement in relation to patient to nurse CMA whatever that acting poorly does not help me in anyway. I’m not saying anyone who I can name just the overall field of wow I have to wait this long to get what I need to get well. I don’t function too well with a broken foot and a broken ankle. Either way peace and love to you all.

I had to come in for an EMG testing was not sure what that was until looking it up on Google and saw there are needles involved… I have a phobia of needles and shots, but I could certainly give them to patients at the family practice in which I worked I just want it known that the nurse and the doctor we’re both very kind understanding and helped me get through that as fast as possible. I appreciate the kindness and understanding that I was given and was able to move to that appointment with ease. Thank you so much! I would just like to ask if maybe you could stick some of those electrodes on my brain stem see if my brain is still connected to my spine.Lol. I like the way Dr Pugar incorporates students into the practice. Even though the students just listened as he and Dr Kortney were teaching them.
