Meet Brittney Dietz, DO

General Neurologist

Bio

Brittney Dietz, DO is a board-eligible general neurologist joining Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered neurological care to individuals with a wide range of neurologic conditions.
Dr. Dietz earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Dayton before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University. Although she initially envisioned a career as an actuary, she discovered that medicine offered the perfect balance of analytical problem-solving and meaningful patient care.
She was drawn to neurology because of the challenge and satisfaction of localizing neurologic lesions through the physical examination. Her passion for the specialty grew even stronger during medical school after working alongside an inspiring neurology resident whose enthusiasm and expertise left a lasting impression.
Dr. Dietz sees a wide range of neurological issues but has a special clinical interest in Women's Neurology, with a particular focus on improving neurologic care and outcomes for women during the peri-pregnancy period. She is committed to helping patients navigate complex neurologic conditions through evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dietz enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular exercise.
