Meet Katie Belcher, PA-C

Bio

Katie Belcher, PA-C, joins DCND as a Physician Assistant and will be primarily practicing out of our Beavercreek office.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College.

With a lifelong love of science and a curiosity about how the human body works, Katie was drawn to medicine as a way to combine her passion for learning with her desire to build meaningful relationships with patients. She chose neurology because of her fascination with the nervous system and its profound impact on our everyday lives and sense of self.

Katie values the complexity of neurology and the opportunity to understand each patient’s unique experience. She strives to ensure her patients feel heard and supported, taking the time to understand how their symptoms affect their daily lives and working collaboratively with them to develop a care plan that aligns with their individual needs and goals. Her particular areas of interest include epilepsy and headache disorders.

Outside of medicine, Katie enjoys skiing, running, and reading fantasy novels. During the winter months, you can often find her at Perfect North Slopes, where she also works as a ski instructor.
